Dr. Leonard Frederick Kaplan, MD

I have been to this doctor 10 times in 3 months. Every time I go they either can not find my file or there is missing paperwork that they find in the trash or are missing when the nurse just had them a minute ago. The nurses are older than expected and can not handle more than the typical appointment. The office people are the only decent thing about this office. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. He does not expain things to a normal person. He keeps repeating himself instead of answering questions. I will be getting a second opinion and stop going to this office. And to think he was recommended by my primary care. I don't think my primary care doctor has ever been to his office because he wouldn't be recommending them!

Dr. Kaplan is an excelent doctor and his staff are pleasant and well versed in their knowledge of their functions.

I have only visited Dr. Kaplan twice but he has earned my trust. He's an old-school dr. with the kind of experience I look for.
