The most caring doctor who really listens to what scares you about heart irregularities..hoping he will out live me..I need his accuracy I my visits

This is a very compassionate physician. He is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Could not have asked for a better physician. Thank you to my family physician for sending me to him.

This a great Dr and Staff very friendly but if you want more than an office visit you are in trouble. NEVER get to speak to the Dr. on the phone, Assistant says she will return calls but this is not true. Also good luck trying to get medical records sent anywhere, 5 phone calls and lots of we will take care of its but when my father and I got to U of M guess what...no records were sent

I have been going to Dr. Salvia for over 2 years with no complaints about him. However, he is not very accessible. Any phone calls get sent to an assistant's voice mail with the promise that it will be returned that afternoon. I have on more than one occasion not gotten a returned call. If I ask to talk to Dr. Salvia, I get the response that he is not available with no promise of a return call. His assistants are about useless when answering questions. I have had many "I don't knows" without assurance that they will get the answer and call me back. I believe is email was made available for the staff as well as Dr. Salvia, things would run much smoother.
