Dr. Leonardo Acosta Cortez, MD

Dr. Cortez has been taking care of my family for at least 35 years. He cared for my mother and father, and now cares for me. I am 77 years old, and have always received outstanding service from him and his office staff. He reviews my health concerns to my complete understanding and is conscientious of my ongoing health related issues, such as HBP, obesity, and kidney disease. With his help and guidance I have lost over 90 pounds over the past five years. This has elevated my zest for life as I grow older. He is very prompt with follow-up tasks, referrals, and is always courteous. He is well respected in the community and also by his peers. He has seen me through a variety of illnesses and accidents and I AM PROUD TO HAVE HIM AS MY PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER! He has monitored several procedures done by excellent physicians he has referred me to: breast reduction, damaged rotator cuff which ultimately turned into a complete shoulder replacement, two knee replacements, and chronic… back pain, fatigue and depression. Don't dis my doctor. He is great!
