Very disappointed in the care given to my mother. We had to take matters upon ourselves to call moms specialty MDs because this office was not treating the problem.

This man is the nicest, caring Dr I have ever had He is the best

I give this place 5 stars... because, staff is great, Dr. Figeroa is awesome... He shows real concern..

My brother's home uses this clinic as a general practice clinic. Dr. Figueroa is a great doctor , but everytime he has an appointment there we end up waiting 2-4+ hours to just get triaged no matter when we make the appointment or how early we arrive. I'm not sure if anyone has ever tried to entertain an adult autistic male for more than an hour away from his routine schedule but believe me, it is NOT an easy task. Just once I'd like to arrive and have him taken back for his appointment time right ON time.

Staff seems uninterested and rather rude

Dr. Figueroa had a very rude bedside manner and I would never EVER schedule another appointment with him. As a matter of fact, when my doctor left the practice, I was assigned to Dr. Figueroa. The day of my appointment with him, he told me that if I didn't like it, (his care/bedside manner) , I could find my former physician in Roxboro NC. I went to my car, googled my former physician's new practice, nearly 3 hours away and made my appointment. I went back inside the facility and signed a release form for my records to be transferred. My entire family had been with the practice since it was built.

Dr. Figueroa is a very kind, caring and experienced doctor. He actually cares about his patients health and listens to his patient. He always takes his time to listen and always gives accurate and excellent advice to my health issues. One in a million!!

Dr Figueroa is very professional and cares about his patients but his staff don't always have test results available in folder when he is seeing a patient. Also staff at windows are the most mean and rude people I've ever had to deal with.

Westside Medical Clinic: Dr. Figueroa himself, is relatively professional when you see him. He spends a lot of time with you, but as soon as you walk out the door, he completely forgets who you are and what he told you was going to happen. His nurse, and reception staff are extremely rude, incompetent, unprofessional, and dont keep patient informed. Ex: I was told by Dr. Figueroa I was to be referred to "Place X." When the nurse set up my referral appointment, it was to the WRONG PLACE! Concurrently, "Place X" called me to inform me they did not receive the proper referral info an had to cancel my appointment, and could I please tell that to Figueroa's nurse because no one would return calls to her (or myself for that matter).
