Dr Leonardo Saraceno is a great doctor, asks thorough questions and takes time to understand you as a patient, I appreciate his concern and care. I would highly recommend him and am glad he is my primary care doctor.

Took all the time needed to explain things and why. Listened to everything I had to say. Fantastic.

I have found the office staff to be well organized, don't see what the comments indicate. Dr. Saraceno himself takes an interest in your health, gives good advice, ensures you are doing the right care; i.e., mamo, bone density, overall general health. Takes the time needed for concerns, questions. Never had a problem w/appointments or waiting time.

Rude staff. Not at all helpful. Asked for an appointment. Couldn't get one for many days. Told staff I would have to switch doctor. Staff just shrugged shoulders.

office staff is not attentive to patient care. Doctor talks a lot, always carrying a laptop around. When the other doctor is there, you can never get parking, or a seat in the waiting room.
