Dr. Leonidas Zapiach, MD

Es una pena que tan buenos doctores tengan un personal de oficina tan incompetentes, el sistema que tienen es muy deficiente, es frustrante tener que llamar ahi, nunca atienden el telefono y si lo hacen es atravez mensajes, que nunca te devuelven la llamada.

I went more than once to get results. The first visit it took more than 4 hours to finally see him. The second visit it was more than 5 hours. Horrible experience. The staff didn't know what they were doing. Go elsewhere.

I'm switching this Doctor right now!I waited 2,5 hrs last time! Stuff really don't care about patients. I had to call the doctor back because he told me, and stuff made me wait on hold for 3 hours!!!In the end they said that the doctor never talks on the phone with patients, I will need to make an other appointment. An inaccessible Doctor, and 5 hours in appointments, 3 hours on the phone per week? And still don't know if my removed polyp was cancerous or not!Must be a better doctor and stuff out there! Unbelievable!

My family has been going to Dr. Zapiach and now I have been going to him for the past 5 years. The office staff is courteous and helpful. I have waited to see him on occasion, but that means that he is in demand. He has a wonderful personality and spends all the time that I need explaining my medical condition and the medications that I need. He is truly a gem and I wish my other doctors treated me as well as he does.
