Dr Cobos is an excellent doctor but the staff is very unprofessional he should replace the department manager. The patients of Dr Cobos will eventually move on to other doctors because of the way he is letting his office handle his patients. My husband was on time for his appointment and was denied they told him that the doctor would not see him because he didn’t confirm but they didn’t even leave a message when he was called, they refused and were arguing with him back and forth that he decided to leave. Very sas after being with the doctor for over a year.

Unprofessional staff, bad customer service. I was not aware they moved. Reported to the old office to find another patient at the door reading the sign on the door. I was reminded about my appointment the day before but they did not inform me about the new address.
