Dr. Leroy Arnold Pacheco, MD

Staff are very rude to patients. Those in the infusion room are always arguing with the woman who runs the research department. It is very uncomfortable there. In addition, Dr Pacheco mumbles all the time. You can't understand what he's saying half the time and when you ask for clarification he gets angry.

Spent over an hour with Dr pacheco going over symptoms and an exam. He was kind, sympathetic and genuinely concerned about my issues. We are at the beginning stages of diagnosis. Dr pacheco is the only Dr in 18 years who actually listened, did a thorough exam And explained every detail. I will continue to see him. I am confident that he will be able to give me back the quality of life I deserve.

Dr Pacheco was terrible. I was diagnosed by a different doctor, took my proof... Medical reports, tests, MRI results and hard copies. Even though the MRI said my hands had Rheumatoid in them, he said they didn't know what they were talking about, made me get an ultrasound at his office, then told me he wanted me to get a sleep test before he would prescribe meds. A quack if you ask me!!! I also needed to get copies of my office visits and the office staff couldn't find my file and told me the doctors take the files home. Beware

Just had my first visit with Dr. Pacheco, his reception staff needs to be more approachable and helpful. Dr. Pacheco did a through exam and took the time to explain things. I think he's going to be a good provider for me. I needed his help due to a reaction to medication and he did return my call in a timely manner. I didn't have a long wait as a new patient and feel like I picked a good Doc that I can relate to.

This Doctor and his staff never return a phone call. Well, I shouldn't say never after calling for about 3 days straight they have returned my call. I will be moving from this practice because of his staff.

Fantastic doctor. Saved my life and kept me on my feet. Highly recommend.
