Dr. Leroy Eugene Young, DO

I was sent by the insurance company to see him for a 2nd opinion. I did not see him, I did however saw a nurse , but he ( Leroy) signed the papers saying he saw me. If I am not mistaken he was involved with the David Walters scandal. His license should have been revoked at that time.

Just have a few things to say about Dr. Young. As a doctor you take an Hippocratic Oath to practice medicine honestly and to care for the hurt and sick but that is not at all what you (Dr. Young) do. As all the other bad review you have I have one also. The men and women you treat should be more important to you than enough time to squeeze a pen in each hand and bend over, your gone out of the room. You without a doubt are not doing your job . I know you work for the insurance companies and help benefit them but you are ruining lives by your actions. Some of the people you treat( yes may not be in bad shape) but some or most are. How can a regular doctor say yes you have a permanent weight restriction or maybe other restrictions ( that don't work for the insurance companies or aren't a workers comp doctor) yet you can look at someone and determine they don't have anything wrong in about 2 seconds flat. It is not right and people need to start standing their ground when it comes to… doctors thinking they know everything. You do not walk in their shoes and are not in their daily lives . That is what is wrong with the world ( the workers comp and disability programs need to be reevaluated) . As a doctor you need to take a long look in the mirror ( if you can ) and think about what you do to people's lives when rating them. I am with my husband everyday and know for a fact he will never be able to do what he used to yet you rated him at a flat nothing , after 2 other doctors said he couldn't lift , pull or push over 30lbs ever. So yes something is seriously wrong with that. My review is going to come to an end for I could go on and on about all the wrong. So hope you can sleep well at night and have a clear conscious when you wake up. Ohh one more thing, the one star ( I had to give you because it is required to submit my review) you do not deserve.

I have a workers comp. case and the insurance company sent me to this doctor. he examined me without examining me he walked in and talked to me for a minute. then he had me squeeze this thing with each hand and said "I got 55 percent" then walked out and he gives me a greater range of motion than what I can do.he also states that I have no permanent partial impairment INSURANCE DOCTOR FOR SURE

I knew I was in trouble when the insurance company to see Leroy. Leroy had been indicted by campaign irregularities. I was seen by Leroy after the nurse did my testing for the insurance company.. A DO, and not a MD, and Leroy disputed my Spinal Orthopedic Surgeon's findings.What a joke.

The doctor walked in and asked me one question. He walked out the door and did not come back. The nurse walked in the room and told me I could leave.

Dr. Young is the Doctor for the Insurance company and gave me the Okay to go back to work after four operations on my elbow and wrist (two each)by two different Doctors. my arm is useless for griping and holding and pain 24/7 He only seen for 40 seconds on my first visit to be released and 28 seconds for the visit for the change of the worst that I had to wait over two months to get a appointment date. He ordered X-rays for both elbow and wrist. If you have to see Dr. Young insist on a 2nd party to be there with you such as your lawer and tape or video the full minute or less.
