One word AWESOME

While he is kind and gentle with my toddler, he's not good at addressing my concerns, explaining things, and he always makes me feel rushed. Recently, I called the office nurses' line because my toddler was projectile vomiting and had diarrhea. The nurses' line did not call me back for over 30 hours!!!! And when they did call back, they made no apologies for the delay and were condescending about the treatment course to take for my son. I will not be going back to that office.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor to any parent. He denied to discuss the laboratory test result with me (mother) of a minor of 16 years old with the argument that he is following the State Florida Law today we saw another Pediatric Dr. Martinez will repeat the test that Dr Bow told to my daughter came out negative with an bacteria but he was capable to tell my daughter that it should be a mistake from Quest Diagnostic Laboratory. Dr Martinez told me that every teen even if 16 years old and are living with his parents the Doctor should discuss their health problems with their parents.. I'm made a complaining for his no professional ethic . He should repeat the urine test. He against Quest Diagnostic for making this mistake and he even know if it is a mistake or the urine exam belongs to another patience or simple if it is positive should be follows with a treatment. What kind of doctor is Dr. Bow????
