Dr. Gilbert is a icon !!! Amazing dentist with a fantastic bedside manner. The group of gals assisting Dr. Gilbert are as equally impressive with their attentiveness and compassionate care of each patient . I should know I've been a patient of Dr. Gilbert since 1987. Dr. Gilbert is great I never had a problem. Not sure why others have had problems but just goes to show can't please all the people all the time. Been going to her for over 10 years and theres nobody else I'd trust with my teeth. GREAT DR!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gilbert's for years, and I have to say she is WONDERFUL! I feel like my family is in very good hands with her. She has an excellent manner, she is easily approachable, and you never feel like she doesn't have time for you or your questions. There is no "smoke and mirrors" with this office. If you do have a cavity, she shows you in a mirror and then your x-rays on her computer. She or one of her staff members will take the time to show you the treatments and options, and they will always give you an up front estimate before doing any treatment. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and nice. When you go in for an appointment it's like you are running into old friends you haven't seen in six months! I first came to Dr. G when 3 trips to my previous dentist for a toothache yielded no diagnosis. On my first visit, she was able to show me with a mirror the hole in my tooth! If I could see it with my own eyes, how could my old dentist miss it after 3… appointments! The x-rya showed a huge absess I had on my tooth. She showed me so many things that my old dentist was missing on me and my entire family. My daughter always had cavities, and the old answer was "just brush better and eat less sugar" by the old dentist, even though she brushed and flossed every day and never drank pop. Dr. G put her on a prescription toothpaste and told her it wasn't all her fault and guess what? She hasn't had the same trouble with cavities that she did in the past. My husband always had terrible breath and bleeding gums and she and the hygientist diagnosed him with gum disease. They didn't even check him for gum disease at the old place! They also had expresssed concern over the health of his mouth and body since he is younger and takes good care of his teeth. They convinced him to go to our family doctor to get checked out and it turns out he was a diabetic! He hates going to the doctor and would never had gone if they didn't talk to him about it. Even my two year old loves going there! I could go on and on about the special care they give and all the "extras" like the condolense card they sent after my brother-in-law passed away, or the time I was confused about how they would put a cap on my tooth and Dr. Gilbert called me herself. I have recommended so many people to her and will continue to do so. Her prices are good and she even helped us out a little on the bill when my husband lost his job and we lost our dental insurance for a while. Go to her only if you want top notch care by someone you can trust in a great office!
