Dr. Lesli Ann Casten, MD

I'm a stubborn Old Man. I usually don't go to a Doctor unless I have a cut or something that duct tape can't fix. My wife talked me into going to see Dr. Casten several years ago when she was in Gastonia. My blood pressure was extremely high. I think they said I set a record.:-) I like her. She actually listened to me. She knows what she's doing. And, if she's not sure , she'll research it and come up with a plan to find a solution to your med. problem. In my 55 years, she's the only Doctor that I liked. And I don't like anybody. Miss you Doc. Wish you were closer.

Dr Casten is compassionate and caring and goes above and beyond for my family and me. She makes sure everything is explained and she is amazing at connecting with her patients at every level.

Dr. Casten is an excellent doctor and one of the few I have ever used that I completely respect. Her knowledge and abilities are second to none and if you are fortunate to see her for help you will realize this as well. She communicates well and provides unequaled care.

Great quality of care and she explains to her patients whats going on.
