Dr. Allison provided exceptional care to me. He is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and pays great attention to detail. He is very kind and has top notch bedside manners. I highly recommend him!

Compassionate and caring.

He came off very nice when the appointment was scheduled. He failed to tell us important information that would have kept up from choosing him as the doctor. He texted us saying the medical documents were ready. I drove all the way out to Katy to find out that he made a mistake and they weren't ready. He was not apologetic at all. He told me I could either come back tomorrow or that they could be mailed which would take over a week and he knew we needed them in a few days. Only said sorry after I called him out on it and actually got an attitude with me about it. Too many other doctors out there to waste your time and money on him.

Punctuality is not I his priority. He give you an appointment and shows up 1 hour later. He has no respect for someone else’s time.

Found Dr J Allison by google last minute for my immigration exam 2 days before my interview and he was able to make an app with me and took me in that same day . Did all my blood work and exams . He was polite , professional, great manner and friendly . He literally saved my life , communicated with me all the way until I got my results and let’s not forget how fast he got them and rushed them even the xrays from another doctor he helped me get it right away. I don’t know how to say thank you a million times . Thank you so much I would definitely recommend this doctor 100% . He is the best

He is a wonderful pediatrician!

I have had numerous problems with the office staff. They do not pay attention, they misplace results, send the wrong paperwork to your referrals, schedule shots and then when you show up, they are out. They charge "courtesy fees to your co-pay." When you ask about the fee,the office manager who seems very aggressive and entitled, verbally attack you and says if you don't like it, go somewhere else. Overall, the staff does not care one bit about you, and quite frankly, with all the poor reviews of the staff....the doctor doesn't care either because there have been no changes in staff. They are all incompetent! The only bright spot in the entire process is that the new doctor is great! Highly skilled and genuinely interested in your care. Luckily she has her own office which we have transferred to. There is no customer service at Monarch Medical. I advise you read the reviews and go somewhere else.
