Very good, precise, kind

hour and 15 min wait, didn't know answer to questions regarding precribed drug's affect on the liver,, shuffled off tho office mgr. regarding complaint over wait time. all around very bad experience.

Dr. Bitman is an excellent doctor and takes time to listen and gather information while providing a thorough exam. The office however is disorganized and be prepared to wait as long as an hour and a half! I also had an experience with a staff member at checkout. The woman who takes the copayment was too busy to acknowledge me because she was ordering food for lunch for the office staff. I waited at least 3 minutes before the kind woman who was checking in patients assisted me. Needless to say, I was not happy.

Maybe Dr. Bitman should pay her staff more money so they will be happy or find new staff that smile and are not rude.

Dr. Bitman is not the worst but her receptionist staff is TERRIBLE! They seem like miserable people and treat their patients like garbage!

I saw another Dr. two days before seeing Dr. Bitman. The first misdiagnosed me, I spent 75 dollars on a cream that did nothing and 30 for a copayment. I still have the same problem maybe worse. I called Dr. Bitman's office on Friday morning and was given an appt that afternoon. Within an hour she gave me an injection to ease the pain and itch, made me feel so much more at ease, explained everything to me, answered any questions I had and actually called me an hour later to see how I was. She was wonderful. I was expected at work an hour from my appt. time but she said due to my condition I needed to stay home for a few days. She wrote a note for me, faxed it over and wants to see me again before returning to work. I can't say enough about her! Thank you, Dr. Bitman
