Dr. Boyd is not my surgeon — she is my wife’s — but our experience with her care has been so extraordinary that I felt compelled to write this review. Words cannot fully capture our appreciation, respect, and admiration for Leslie Boyd. She is not only an outstanding surgeon, but also a remarkable human being. From the very first appointment, she put both my wife and me completely at ease. Every question and concern we had was met with patience, empathy, and genuine compassion. Dr. Boyd took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and never made us feel uncomfortable or “silly” for asking questions — something that meant a great deal to us during such an emotional time. We were equally impressed by the broader team at NYU Langone Health. The care was seamless and professional throughout. The facilities at Kimmel Pavilion, where my wife stayed for two nights after surgery, are truly world-class. If you are trying to decide which surgeon or facility to choose — don’t… hesitate. I could not have asked for a better surgeon for my mother. She answered every question thoroughly, explained everything, and the surgery went so well my mother was up and around the very next day with little pain. She also seems to be someone who cares very much for her patients. My only complaint was a long wait time before the initial office visit - we were seen about an hour later than when our appointment was for - but the best medical care is worth the wait in my opinion.

Hopefully you'll never need a surgeon with Dr. Boyd's special skills, but if you do, you can't do better...and that includes her office staff as well.

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Leslie Boyd. She is in the TOP of her field. Not only did she make me feel more comfortable with all my anxiety, she preformed my open abdominal myomectomy with absolute precision. While in the hospital I was not only visited daily by her but by her team of interns as well. Dr. Boyd, her office staff and residents truly care about you and your wellbeing. Without hesitation I would recommend her.
