Dr. Leslie Kay Browder, MD

Staff is completely unprofessional and unreliable in fulfilling basic office tasks like transferring a call, leaving a message for the doctor, leading you to the correct responsible party like an assistant who needs to contact back a pharmacy. I have never experienced such disappointment and frustration. Doctor did not even visit me the first time I had an appointment. Prescribed medication that bounced back from the pharmacy because not covered by insurance and doctor never got back to the pharmacy to ensure receipt of a similar medication covered by my insurance. Despite 2 months of consecutive calls to the office talking to staff and leaving Dr.'s assistant voice message to please get back to the pharmacy or return my call, I was never able to talk to anyone or was able to receive a medication. Truly unacceptable and unbelievable service. I would definitely not recommend neither the doctor, the facility, or the entire staff.

Have been dealing with the front desk for 2 weeks. Told to wait for a call back and never got one. Called in again after 5 calls in one week and was told nobody has heard about me. Front desk women all have incredibly rude attitude and the last time I called I was hung up on. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. My wife has been left in tears more than once because of this lack of professionalism and communication. PLEASE REPLACE THE ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF

Had a good impression initially, but I really got concerned after many mishaps with office staff and cancellations of tests/appointments. Next appointment the doctor forgot what she discussed, so that is a no go in my books...

Dr Leslie Browder is not only a caring and compassionate doctor, she is also a skilled surgeon. I believe that the surgery she recently performed on me, literally saved my life. Sometimes the wait in the office seems long, however it’s because when she is with a patient that requires unexpected extra attention, they receive it right then and there. I highly recommend Dr. Leslie Browder

Dr. Browder performed my colectomy surgery and she was fantastic! Very nice, very informative, super caring, plus she didnt even cut my tattoos that I have on my pelvic bones! Shes amazing!

Front desk staff rude! Dr is very cold and uncaring. She is moody and does not explain things. Believe the one and two stars!

His encounter with her on a consult made the other doctor feel that she is the type of doctor that scares or bullies off patients that represent procedures she prefers to avoid to treating. "The type of surgeon that once they realize (the disgusting) parts of the job, sets to avoid them without making it obvious by misdiagnosing their cases"

Doctor leslie Browder and her staff are a great team! I have recommended her to others. She is truthful and professional, everything you want from a caring doctor
