Dr. Coopersmith consistently exhibits patience during office visits. She is friendly, down to earth and extremely easy to talk to. Her knowledge and advice is invaluable and I would highly recommend her to potential patients.

Very impatient and dismissive of me. Did not feel like I was taken seriously by her. Her anger was off putting.

Dr. Coopersmith could not have been more pompous or rude to me. Have heard the same thing from other patients which I wish I had known before I went to her. My complaint was glossed over as a "psychological" problem which is was not. I ended up with surgery to solve what she did not diagnose because it was "all in my head" so to speak. What a shame to trust her and go through all the paperwork.

Condescending toward me and then bad mouthed me to another physician (a specialist) she had me see after her. Could not believe someone would behave so unprofessionally but she must not have thought I would find out what she said about me to the pother physician. Turns out she was wrong in her diagnosis but her attitude toward a sick and vulnerable patient is what really disturbed me.

Dr Coopersmith is caring, through and available. Her office will always try to fit you in. Dr. Cooperating doesn't rush and is empathetic as well as super knowledgeable.

Would not recommend her due to her impatience and difficulty handling some problems. Some unprpfessionalism in dealing with patients who have emotional concerns. Just rude and condescending in dealing with people.

Found Dr. Coopersmith to be rude and condescending. At the time I had been misdiagnosed by a psychiatrist but actually had severe depression. I had physical aches and gastrointestinal symptoms with the depression and anxiety. Dr. Coopersmith used mental illness to basically dismiss me and got very angry at me. I was shocked by her tone and then her cattiness to another doctor about me. She had referred me to a new doctor for an eye problem and he told me that she had called him and told him "She takes up a lot of time. " It was clear that she had complained about me to him and he treated me extremely rudely. Worse than she did in fact. Never returned and I see some glowing reviews here. Perhaps a mental illness or depressed patient is what riles her up and makes her turn on you in a most unprofessional manner.

I found Dr. Coopersmith very passionate, a good listener ,and very great bed side manners. I have been her patient since she frst started her practice at 80 Phoenix ave. I was Leary at first because she was new to the practice. I have stayed because of all of the above mentioned. When I was diagnosed with cancer. We cried together. She di not charge me a dime for my visit that day. She is a gem of a doctor.

Dr. Coopersmith was not the least bit professional in handling my bout with a mental illness. She was very impatient and told another doctor that I had a n illness that I, in fact, did not have. I felt like I was written off by her because my main problem was depression and not "physical". I found her unprofessional, catty and not helpful.
