Dr. Leslie Marie Denton, DO

Not the most inclusive doctor I've had. I did not feel comfortable due to her comments about immigrants and people of color.

I recently saw Dr. Denton at a CareNow. This experience was absolutely awful. I waited nearly 3 hours just for a room then waited an additional 30 min to see Dr Denton. I told her that I thought I had a sinus infection that just kept getting worse, she hardly asked me any questions, had to leave the room to get her stethoscope, took a quick listen to the front of my chest and said she was going to give me an antibiotic and decongestant. She then told me she was going to grab my perscription- after an HOUR passed I politely stepped out of the room and asked if she was still working on it, she didn’t even turn her head to look at me and responded with “mm hmm” I went back to my room And a nurse followed and said she had sent my perscription electronically and that I could go. I get to my pharmacy only to find out she had not sent my perscription. 4 1/2 hours wasted I’m still horribly sick and have no medication. I urge anyone looking into dr Denton to please look elsewhere and find… another doctor that cares for your well-being.

I had an Initial visit with Dr. Denton this morning and I feel the level of service that was given was excellent. Dr Denton listen to my concerns andl gave me option on my recovery and she expressed concern with my quick recovery. Very professional.

She will not listen to symptoms, goes off on a tangent about how much more she knows than anyone else. Get her away!!!! Help the patients!

I had HIV and she wouldn't/couldn't diagnose it.

I strongly do not recommend this doctor. She is rude and has no idea what is to diagnose.

I went to the ER after experiencing bleeding in my early pregnancy. Dr. Denton was the doctor that saw me. I had been receiving prenatal care in my hometown and had not received the rhogam shot (my husband was Rh -, so the shot was unnecessary). After ordering blood work, Dr. Denton told me that in order to save my pregnancy, I needed the rhogam. When I refused the shot, she accused me of being a bad mother and not thinking of the best interest of my child. She was not able to explain why the rohgam was the best course of treatment (nor was she able to explain why I was bleeding, for that matter). She threatened to discharge me AMA (against medical advise) so that my insurance would not pay for my treatment. My discharge paperwork indicates that I did not accept treatment and that because I did not accept the rhogam shot I threatened the life of my child and myself.I felt that her tactics were inappropriate and down right rude. I went to the ER because I was out of town and… scared. Dr. Denton insulted my judgement and wishes and threatened me if I did not do what she wanted me to do.I am happy to say that I now have a beautiful, healthy baby boy!

Saw her at ER and she took time to listen and order appropriate tests. Seemed very caring and had great bedside manner.
