Dr. Leslie A Ferrara, DDS

We’ve been with Dr. Ferrara for 9 years and because our dental experiences with this Dr. have been so fantastic, we’ve stayed with her even though her downtown office is a longer drive. Her partner, Dr. Marie Upshaw, her dental assistants & hygienists, and the office staff are all always very helpful & cordial. Dr. Ferrara has even called us at home in the evening after appointments to check on us.

Do not be fooled. This office doesn’t tell you all charges you will have. Here is my story: I came for cleaning service but because I’m new client I go through new xrays, observation, examination etc ... after which I am told your total is $317 after insurance and you have to come back in 4 weeks to finish cleaning . Little did I know when I arrive today and they cleaned and polished my teeth and reviewed my teeth again. Billed me 72$. And I didn’t even see the doctor , who told me that she will take pictures of my teeth because she doesn’t know what is happening with it. I was furious because I was never told there is another bill coming ... why did you force me to come back 4 weeks later to “finish the job” from previous appointment if you considered this appointment like it is separate from another??? Right?! I withdrew from them as a client. Taking my business somewhere else and recommend you to do the same!
