Dr. Leslie Ann Gregor, OD

It’s with great sadness that I write this review. I have been a patient of Dr. Gregor’s for over 30 years. I followed her from her from when she was starting out at Ward Parkway Center to her own shop. Dr. Gregor is the kindest and most caring doctor I’ve ever come across. She really does listen and care about you, the patient, and your eye care needs. You pay to come see her but unfortunately, she employs her daughter, Lauren Hembree, as front desk “office manager”. Lauren is an entitled brat with a sharp tongue and treats her mom’s business clients rudely. She acts put-out to answer any questions and she just wants to be done with you. Last fall she was out of line and actually put me in tears with her treatment. Dr. Gregor came out and actually defended her daughter and said “that is just how she talks”. She never called me to apologize for the behavior of her staff. Hoping Lauren was let go or at least reprimanded, I contacted the office to schedule my annual eye exam with the… doctor I’d always loved. Shockingly, I was told to find care elsewhere. Personally, I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. A business owner needs to take accountability for their staff, even if a family member. I will be happy to find care elsewhere at this point. It’s a shame when you are treated like this after 30 years.
