Dr. Leslie Jo Jacobs, DDS

I went to Dr. Jacobs as long as I can remember. Once I was about 13 years old, I noticed that she continued to speak to me in a very demeaning way. I am 20 now and have had to stop visiting her due to her speaking to me like a child and accusing me of lying about flossing. Also, well after I was 18 years old, she was dismissive of my wishes and concerns and once actually tried to treat me against my will (without consent). This is to say that she does not respect patient autonomy and consent. Upon going to a new dentist only 9 days after Dr. Jacobs saw me, nine cavities were found in my mouth with even more under the fillings that Jacobs did. One of my teeth is so rotten than there is a chance I will need a root canal. We have spent thousands of dollars to fix the issues that Leslie Jacobs ignored.

Beautiful and kid friendly office. The staff is friendly and Dr Jacobs is great. They always ask if we have questions.

Dr Jacobs had the nerve to tell me that because my child had a cavity, that she was sorry that I was never properly educated on teeth brushing! and over charges !!!!

Dr Leslie Jacobs office is a very fun and friendly environment. My kids loved it there but their work that was done on my child’s tooth was horrible!!! It wasn’t done correctly leaving my child in pain I did not want to go back!! I am so upset! I since then went to another dentist and have to have the same work redone!!! I will not be going back!!!

We love Dr. Jacobs and her staff! We’ve been going for six years and have never had a bad experience. The longest we’ve waited was for 30 minutes and the environment is friendly and clean.
