dr.madrak is very curteous extremely kind and she is also brilliant and believes in people's dreams ideas and has the patience to listen to what they have to say and how they feel without quickly ushering herself to judgements and opinions like most people in behavioral health which I've dealt with in the past... she actually takes into consideration the fact that "as people we genuinely know ourselves better than anyone else. she has stuck by me through thick and thin when anyone else probably would have laughed at me all the way out the door. Through deaths family emergencies and even and ongoing identity theft crisis I've been dealing with. I hope she continues to do so because I'd be Lost without her now and probably not be as close to being as successful as I am about to be

Very good dr. Helpful and listens and makes me feel like I make sense when I explain things instead of just blowing me off like psychiatrist s ive had in the past. She's very nice and always explains what meds she wants to put me on and why. And makes sure I understand everything and I feel comfortable with everything before I leave. I will definitely miss seeing her! Good luck with your new job! Best of luck

Appreciate the time Dr. Madrak spends with my son, not in just writing a script but in trying to understand his concerns. She is not so quick to prescribe a med for adolescents - only if necessary which hasn't been our experience otherwise. She has a kind and gentle demeanor-very relatable!
