Dr. Leslie Ann Masood, MD

Doctors like this are why injured people lose access to care. Dr. Masood may appear neutral, but everything about the experience said otherwise. She dismissed legitimate medical issues supported by multiple physicians and relied on incomplete and inaccurate records while ignoring direct evidence and symptoms. The evaluation felt less like medicine and more like a service performed for the insurance company. There was no curiosity, no depth, no fairness — just a report that conveniently minimized serious injuries and shifted blame to unrelated conditions. It’s clear who she’s working for, and it’s not the patient. When a doctor’s loyalty lies with those cutting the checks, not those needing help, the system is broken — and people suffer. If you’re sent to her, don’t go in blind. This is not where you’ll find truth, care, or justice.

I went in recently with a diagnosed neurological condition and her website says she treats neurological conditions which includes headaches. I brought all my diagnostic testing and neurologist notes. She seemed confused and didn’t seem to grasp my situation. Her neurological exam in her tiny office was 10 seconds. She left in a rush while I was in mid sentence. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Luckily, shortly after, I found a neurologist who understands my neurological condition and the resulting headaches I experience.

Had a bad spasm in arm followed by a tai and hospitalized for several days. All test came back negative but Dr. Masood was not only compassionate but very thorough and stuck by me until we figured out what was happening g. Hopefully, I would t have to see her again, which means I'm healthy, but wouldn't hesitate to see her again or recommend her to anyone. Trust her implicitly. More doctors need to be like her, someone e who truly cares about her patients and not a chart number.

After weeks of treatment with another neurologist, Dr. Masood nailed my diagnoses of cluster headaches on the first visit. Her bedside manner was absolutely terrific, she is caring and not in a rush. Highly recommend!
