Waited in an exam roon 25 minutes past my appointment time and nver saw the Dr before walking out. Rude nurse Renee never offered an apology or reason for the doctor's tardiness. Will not visit this clinic ever again nor wouls i recommend it

My visit with this provider left me quite unsatisfied. The majority of my voiced concerns were either not addressed, or seemed to be considered unimportant. The remaining associated areas in this survey were acceptable.

Was not satisfied with my recent visit to this clinic. Most everything I covered was not addressed, but yet several items were submitted for ICD coding that we didn't even talk about, merely mentioned in passing with no follow-up questions on her part.

Dr. Norton is the nicest, most caring doctor I've ever had. She really cares about her patients. She is always very polite, cheerful, and courteous. She has even called me at home on a couple of occasions to see if I'm feeling better. I've never had any other doctor do that. She is also very knowledgeable and insightful. You can tell she keeps up on the latest medical findings and proceedures. She also looks at the whole spectrum of my health, including diet, sleep, supplements, and ways to live a healthy lifestyle. She listens to my concerns and doesn't dismiss my ideas. She is a wonderful doctor and just seeing her is a pleasure. When I leave her office I feel reassured, positive, and hopeful.

Dr. Norton just doesn't prescribe pills. She'll work to see if there are any alternatives,even homeopathic. I'd recommend her to anybody.
