Dr. Leslie Michelle Randall, MD

Leslie completely missed diagnosing tumor in my back that had traveled from uterus for four years while under her care and never gave me CA 125 test which is standard protocol after having endometerial cancer.

I trusted Dr Randall as my surgeon and underwent a hysterectomy. I had several concomitant health issues and it was a risky procedure. I can’t thank Dr Randall enough for the excellent care and all the attention to my issues that I received. She and her team were exceptional in providing their care. Dr Randall is an exceptional skilled surgeon. I was lucky to have her and her team entrusted with my care. I have recovered well and without any problems.

Dr. Randall was refreshing and wonderful. She did not rush me and took the time to answer all of my concerns and questions. I feel she is extremely qualified, personable and caring doctor. We need more doctors like her. Her staff were also warm and friendly too!

I went to three different oncologists before deciding on Dr. Randall. I almost chose another doctor but came back to her because I had an inclination. Choosing her has made all the difference in my experience with cancer. She is a kind hearted woman who is incredibly knowledgable in her field. She has put me at ease with every worry and fear I've had through this experience. Moreover, cosmetically, my scar from the surgery is easily hidden and has healed extremely well. She understands and empathizes, as a woman, with our situations. I truly look forward to doctor appointments as Dr. Randall and her staff are so upbeat.

this dr is more concerned with the training of her fellows rather than listening to the patient concerns. she may know about oncology but she left me feeling that she didnt want to work hard enough to help me and would rather take the easy way out for my issue. if you want a caring dr, do not go to this one

My loved one was treated for cancer by a wonderful oncologist in Laguna Hills. However, once he left the practice my mother's care fell to Dr. Randall in the practice. My opinion is that Dr. Randall has very little capacity to understand what a terminal patient is dealing with and the emotional turmoil they endure. She made many decisions regarding Mom's care and then verbally later second-guessed (out loud!) whether she made the right decision, including whether a surgery done earlier could have been the right choice after all! Aside from her questionable professionalism, her bedside manner is nil. She does very little to address the cancer parents spirit by providing hope. She would have been a decent vet perhaps, but I will never forgive her for the pain she caused my loved one in her last weeks. If you do choose to visit her, please watch very carefully and ask questions!! I honestly would never go to her myself, or allow anyone I care about to visit her.

If you are looking for a doctor who has no bedside manner, has no compassion for either patient or family; this is your girl. She is probably a good enough doctor, but she forgets to follow through on important tests and procedures and she "writes off" patients whom she feels are not improving. She definately gives the impression that she wants only the patients that will give her a reputation for "saving them" and ignores the ones she can no longer help. She gives those patients to the interns in her office that have little or no experience in the field. I would never take someone I love to that doctor again. BEWARE!

Even though Dr. Randall-Whitis is a young doctor in her fellowship program, she displays years of knowing what the right thing to say is. Have seen doctors with 20 yrs in the field with less caring and understanding for their patient. Very refreshing that our young doctors are way ahead in this area.
