injection hurt and did not help , I am black and blue now

The visit with the doctor itself was acceptable, although she didn't seem to have a clue how to treat my condition. She said she would get the records and talk to my other Dr, both of which she never did. After getting the records myself and hand delivering them to her office I never heard from her again. She's quite clueless.

She needs to re-educate herself with MS. She never has an educated answer to obvious questions. A waist of time, find a real doctor who knows about MS and has real answers to questions that concern you.

I went to Dr Saland many years ago. She was one out of three neurologists I went to and the only one correct in a diagnosis that came out years later. I found a good specialist but she is good and she knows her stuff.

cold and in informative. staff is o.k. she just wants a paycheck from insurance company. don't go to her.

Uncaring staff and unhelpful Dr. I needed one 30 day renewal of my prescription as they could not get me in before it would run out, and Dr. Saland would not give a new prescription to fill the gap. Evidently does not care about the patient. When I called to explain why I was finding another Dr. the receptionist didn't even flinch when I told her why.

Stuck up arrogant

Support staff is terrible. Not knowledgable re patient or condition. Dr is just fair.

Terrible doctor. Wrong diagnosis, wrong medication. Three years later still trying to recover from the set backs her decisions cost me.

Dr. Saland is an amazing doctor. She is very professional, very smart, very thorough. She has a lot of patience and spends as much time as you need explaining everything. She is very kind and works very hard to make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable.
