I love the staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Shawn is knowledgeable and attentive. He is open minded about modern trends but always respects and includes hugs patients in the decisions.

If you are really sick, find ANOTHER doctor. But, if you just need check ups or get the flu, he's ok. He pushes crazy diets on you, like HCG. Not very professional. The staff is so RUDE especially the receptionist.

He is an average doctor in need of retirement. I chose him for convenience and paid the price for it. This doctor likes to push his own endorsements, allergist working in his office, acai drinks and diet shots. He treated me for two weeks for an ear infection before sending me to an ENT, turns out I did not have an ear infection. If you get to spend more than 5 minutes with him, consider yourself lucky. He does not listen to you and when questioned, he becomes condescending and rude. I find him to be pompous and very arrogant. I am no longer seeing this doctor, but felt the need to warn others looking for a primary to skip this one. As for the staff, I feel sorry for them and have never had issues with them. I found the staff to be pleasant and considering whom they work for, I feel they go beyond their duties.

I have been going to Dr Shawn for 20 years. As a doctor he is average, but I have no real medical issues. So for check ups and minor cold and flu you are hood. However his staff is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They are out right nasty. The girl at the front desk and the older woman who handles insurance. I will no longer be going there time for a change. I don't need his staff talking down to me. There are other doctors. Don't waste your time here.

I have been going to Doctor Shawn for a year or so and got referred to him by family. He is awesome! I love that they do everything in one place as far as blood work, testing and allergies! The allergy doctor, June, she's fantastic as well. Now as far as the staff goes, they all have a chip on their shoulders. They don't great you kindly let alone the nurses are completely rude. They all are unapproachable. I referred my husband there and when he called he was told by the receptionist that Dr Shawn wasn't excepting new patients that week. My husband asked for an appointment the following week, she replyed with "call next month" and hung up! Are you serious? Now I'm a business owner and always get asked for referrals for local doctors, dentists, etc... I refer Dr.Shawn but have to tell people to be prepared of the rude staff and nurses! If you can get past their attitude problems then your in good hands!
