The Dr is very nice but it is absolutely unacceptable that every time (3x) I go in there it is over a ninety minute wait. One time it was 2 and 1/2 hours. The waiting room is over crowded and dingy. Will be seeking a more modern, time sensitive Dr.

I really liked this doctor, & wish I could continue to be her patient. However EVERY time I schedule an appointment, it is cancelled, changed to a different date, or rescheduled due to a 'dr emergency', which amazingly can be predicted a week in advance?! This is very inconvenient to people who have jobs & sometimes get permission in advance from their employers to leave early/come in late due to an appointment with the doctor. So I will be finding a physician that understands my time is valuable as well.

I have been going to this office for 5 years now and there is always a wait. I was even scheduled for an appointment when the dr. was not in. The office staff has messed up on my referals so many times that I wonder if they really know what they are doing. The only reason I go here is because it is the only endocrinologist that Tricare has in Fredericksburg. I don't want to drive up to DC.
