Such a shame she has terrible reviews :| Lost my business

Overcharges and only credits it on the next visit, then rebills for the overcharge. Promises to clear that but goes on dunning for years.

I read the poor review and don’t understand why such a review was given when the service provided was provided by “Daisy” Tran and not by dr. Tenaro. Dr. Tenaro has been my dermatologist for over 4 years; I have always received excellent service from her or I would have changed doctors. At my appointments I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to see her; she and her staff have always been very friendly. She spends the appropriate amount of time for an appointment. She finds and treats skin conditions for which she is qualified and works closely with a skin surgeon when appropriate.

My experience with Bach-Cuc (Daisy) Tran was that she was unqualified for the services I sought, even though I was told by Memorial Clinical Associates that she could treat my condition. Instead, she advised me to undergo a procedure that was not relevant to my ailment, she referred me to a Specialist who, when I called, questioned her judgment because he doesn't even offer that type of care, and most importantly, she irresponsibly prescribed a serious medication that was not relevant to my condition. Even when I voiced my dissatisfaction with the service upon payment for services, the representative completely ignored my complaint and never offered for me to speak to someone else to resolve it. Overall, this was an extremely concerning experience where quality of care was beyond poor and trust in both MCA and Ms. Tran are lost. Furthermore, based on the lack of medical competence shown, it is recommended that Daisy Tran undergo further development and supervision to prevent further… negligence in care.

I've visited Dr Tenaro several times in the past 10 yrs. Always get the same feeling she is in a rush and does not engage with me. So this was my last visit to her.

5+ Year Patient Will not be returning.

Rude and cold. Seemed more concerned with her own personal problems than what questions I had. Acted like she was bothered to be at work.

Timely, accurate and caring. Everything you could ask for in your doctor.

Dr Leslie Tenaro has a wonderfully cheerful bedside manner but that's where it ends. She does not appear to be very interested in making an accurate diagnoses, as she is in being over friendly and quick in her consultations.Her diagnosis was something I could have easily read off the internet and the treatment was an OTC I considered getting in the first place - I left the consultation feeling like I was no further along in my treatment than before I got there! I have to actually make another appointment with another dermatologist to help me with my problem as her treatment did not work anyway!
