Excellent surgeon , great work . If his back up staff at 5100 Buckley was half as good they would be great. They are not , led by a disgrace of an Office Manager they are ineffective, inefficient unintelligent and basically unacceptable. They are a great example of the third world medical service in this country, unresponsive , expensive ,rude , not able to carry out simple activities without mistakes, errors ,defensiveness and dishonest behavior. I will never use them ever again and I am starting a formal official complaint about them to the proper authorities.

The doctor is excellent ,performs great work and uses a surgery center which is efficient effective and professionally run. HOWEVER the back up staff he has in his organization are at best poor especiLly the office support people . In particular the Office Manager at 5100 Buckley Road is uneducated untrained ignorant and rude at best . Her staff are at best slapdash, poor communication ,confusion ,erroneous information about procedure cost estimates , lack of co ordination between his two offices and the Surgery is rife and the Office Manager is defensive when she is corrected or complaints are made. She should take training on Customer Service or be fired. If anyone wants an opinion then ask her employees and others in the organization , they are more than willing to show their opinion of her . A worthless bunch led by the Office Manager

This is as close to a miracle as I'm like to see. I don't care if the office is cold. They are very efficient, They know their jobs and they get right to business. It took a while, but when surgery became necessary they did it and people on the road, are safer, night time driving is no longer an anxiety ridden act. I can follow a golf ball in the air over 300yds, into a blue sky, when before it disapeared within 50 feet.

Arrogant, impatient, and insensitive. He may be a very skilled surgeon, but his office is literally and figuratively ice cold. He had NO bedside manner, was obviously in a huge hurry from the time he entered the room, didn't ask if I had questions or concerns, didn't explain the surgical procedure,... he was just very cavalier and dismissive. No way was I going to give him my money, much less control over my eyes.

In my opinion, this is a chop shop. Horrible cramped waiting room where you wait for hours with no attention from staff. Finally nearly uncivil staff bring you back, you wait another long top, get a rush job in consultations, and I couldn't even get a detailed bill when I left after surgery followup. An unacceptable hostile cashier, who would not look up from her desk, told me they couldn't give me a statement, and it would be mailed. No surprise that it never was mailed. Finally, I was steered here by a local optometrist named Roth, who said Woodcock is the best at my procedire, but Roth neglected to disclosed that he is also associated with the Woodcock practice as I later found out. Please note that I have put off this review for almost a year, but feel that others may benefit from my opinion.
