Summary
Dr. Cohen was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida before he attended the medical college of Georgia for his dental degree. Practicing now for 25 years, he has maintained a private practice in Gwinnett County since 1983. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Georgia Dental Association. In 1997, Dr. Cohen was one of the first dentists in Georgia to offer Cerec Technology to his patients and has done thousands of Cerec 2, Cerec 3, and Cerec 3D restorations. Along with Cerec, he enjoys placing implants, providing implant restorations, and all aspects of cosmetic dentistry. Additionally, he is on the advisory board to the Gwinnett Tech Dental Assisting Program. He does hundreds of hours annually in continuing education when he is not working. Dr. Cohen is an avid golfer and bicyclist. He also enjoys working out and reading in his spare time.
