Dr. Leticia Ibarra Peltzer, MD

I waited outside while my father went inside for his appointment with the doctor. He sat in the office for 2 hours. The doctor never showed up so he walked out. He had raved to me about what a wonderful doctor she was but I'm completely disgusted that a provider didn't even show up and let her patient sit in a room for 2 hours. He will not be going back.

She is an awesome physician....only one who was able to find out what my issue was and correct it!

Waited well over three hours in the waiting room, she spent less than ten minutes with me, sent me somewhere else for tests. Never responded with results. Was scheduled for allergy tests at first appointment, she rescheduled. Checked in two weeks later, still no test results, they canceled my appointment, staff had still not inquired with my insurance for coverage for my upcoming appointment, they canceled my appointment because I was having a reaction. I was told to go home and take claritin. Very disappointed in the account of time wasted with these people and the lack of any help or results

Wish she would come back to Texas!! Saved my husbands life! He was in hospital 2 1/2 months. She was there EVERY day checking on him!!!

Very sweet lady and caring staff.
