Dr. Ginzburg is a great doctor. He responds quickly to emails and makes himself available for patient questions and concerns. He offers lab testing at his office as well as routine procedures, which makes things so convenient! He is also very knowledgeable, intelligent, and kind ...everything you could ask for in a doctor! My husband and I are so happy to have found him!

Dr. Ginzburg is top rate. He fit me in right away when I wasn’t feeling well. He listened to my symptoms and did a thorough physical exam. He was very informative and came up with a plan for testing that I needed. He always followed up with results personally and promptly. He went out of his way to expedite appointments for tests that I needed and with another specialist. After seeing two other gastroenterologists, he was the only one who was able to find the source of the problem. I am thankful to have him as my doctor.

I had to have a procedure done as an outpatient in the hospital. His staff called me letting me know the time and place. I said no. I wouldn’t go to that hospital as my mother had just.passed away there. He called me back a few hours later telling me he got privileges at another hospital to perform the procedure. He went far above what most physicians do. He is kind and compassionate.

Overall, good doctor, HORRIBLE office staff. I have yet to receive a call back for my medication in four weeks!!! All messages go to voicemail and not returned. Highly unprofessional, unorganized. Switching gastroenteroligst's just because of them.

To ensure patient understands results, diagnosis and necessary follow-up testing and/or procedures, he explains to his patients in simple lay mans terms. He is personable, and truly cares about your health and well being.

absolutely amazing doctor. I have had Crohn's Disease since age 8 (I am 43 now) and Dr. Ginxburg is the best gastro I have ever seen. Excellent bedside manner, always returns your calls off-hours, will see you in an emergency, and never rushes you. Love him!
