Dr. Lev David Kandinov, MD

On Friday, during an apparent medical emergency, I called Dr. Kandinov. He said he couldn’t help because he needed to go home early — it was around 2:00 PM and his nurses had already left — and asked us to wait until Monday. He then left the clinic instead of staying to coordinate care. He provided no information about the nearest emergency departments, no instructions for follow-up care, and no emergency contact information. He wrote a prescription for methotrexate 100 mg but failed to arrange for it to be dispensed or to explain the next steps; we had to obtain and deliver the medication ourselves. As a result of these omissions, the patient required emergency admission to the hospital on Saturday. At the emergency department, staff were surprised that the medication had been handed to us and asked why the doctor had given it directly to the family. Dr. Kandinov also failed to arrange an ultrasound when it was clinically indicated; when we requested diagnostic imaging, he refused… and did not record either the recommendation or the refusal in the medical record. All of this was frightening, expensive, and entirely avoidable. In our opinion, these actions demonstrate alarming unprofessionalism and a lack of concern for patient safety. The surgeon who performed the procedure said this outcome might have been avoided because the patient had visited Dr. Kandinov two weeks earlier. However, the doctor did not take the concerns seriously; the consultation appeared cursory. He appears to rush through appointments, spending only a few minutes in each office and not devoting adequate time to patients. It seems to me that money plays a bigger role for him than treating patients Think carefully before you go. Be vigilant.

Worst Experience - Medical Negligence Instead of helping his patient, this doctor chose to leave around 2 p.m. on Friday during an emergency. He provided no information about nearby emergency hospitals or what steps to take. He simply left us to obtain Methotrexate 100mg on our own. Because of his negligence, we ended up in the hospital. Think carefully before you go. Be aware!

He simply doesn’t care. Appointments are hard to schedule, always rushed and wait line is usually over 1.5 hours. His office filled with rude employees who make you feel uncomfortable and unimportant. Stay clear of this place if you care about your health.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office to anyone that’s seeking help from a real, caring doctor! In 15 years living in the states I have never experienced more unprofessional and unethical approach towards the patients. The office is extremely disorganized, they work like a “broken phone”. Wrong orders go in, patients have no way of obtaining their results. It took us over a week of phone calls and emails to receive a result from an ultrasound, hours of calling and emailing. NOBODY NOT ONCE HAS CALLED US TO EXPLAIN ANY RESULTS FROM ANY TESTS. Appointments being cancelled last minute, impossible to ever talk to a nurse or a doctor over the phone or via televisit. Wait line over an hour. Even when You get an appointment it’s rushed and issues are not addressed by a doctor. Their app doesn’t work, their portal doesn’t work. Their staff has no compassion, they will make you drive back and forth to the office just to bill your insurance as much as they can. 0 care, 0 communication, 0 support, 0… results. I don’t know where the positive comments are coming from, perhaps they were paid. They take advantage of russian speaking immigrants that are new in the states and that are looking for russian doctors. This is not how a clinic should operate.

The best OBGY DOctor I ever Meet . His kind and patience with all his patient , he always greet his patient, make them feel welcome . His staffs does the same .

The doctor understand my problem answer of my question and my needs

I just saw some poor reviews here and was shocked , how people can scam everything. I am Dr. Kandinov patient for many years , sent him all my friends, who calling me saying thank you , for finally found an amazing doctor . He helped so many . Personally ,he is highly recommend

Dr. Kandinov puts the lives of all his patients in extreme danger ! Despite the fact that there is a highly contagious pandemic that is airborne ie the corona virus, Dr Kandinov does not care at all about the health of his patients and refuses to wear a mask and latex gloves. Further, I just left his office and he screamed at me like an out of control maniac “don’t come to this office in a mask and gloves,” ! He said : “your going to make people think you have the corona virus”. He then said : “ look at me I’m a doctor seeing patients all day and I do not even feel the need to wear a mask and gloves”. This doctor is a psychopath as his office was filled with people many of whom were coughing and all of whom he would be in very close intimate contact with examining with no mask and no gloves putting not only himself but every person in the office in danger. I would never ever go back to this doctor again ! I would run far away as he puts the lives of all his patients in great danger !
