Dr. Delozier should be top on your list as a role model to follow for doctors. His skills consisted of listening patiently, actually, hearing what we're saying and responding with appropriate advice. He did not make us feel rushed in any way. Despite the fact that I'm sure he had other patients on his schedule. He disarmed any sense of stress or nervousness that may have been created because it was a new situation with humor and positive feedback. He made sure all our questions were answered. In other words, it was evident that he cared about his patients needs. He wasn't there just to check a box off and get us out of there as I have experienced with other doctors. He is a keeper for sure!

He's the first doctor I've trusted since I was a kid. Direct, knowledgeable, positive and encouraging. Before he became my GP I actively avoided going to the doctor, now I feel like I actually have somebody who's on my side.

I called around 10:30 am to make an appointment. I left my name and number so they would call me back. 2 hours later I still have not received a call so I called again. This time the answer machine said they are closed from 12-1. I waited until 1:10 to call back and once again the answer machine asked me to leave my name and number. I finally had to go somewhere else to see a Dr. They need a better call back system.
