Dr. Levi Evalt

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would, and might I say they are lucky the 2 year statute of limitations for malpractice already expired. Let me give some context. My son, who was at most 11 years old, went in for a routine cleaning. Less than 48 hours later he had an absess so bad in his front tooth that the pressure just about cracked the tooth in half horizontally. They were quick to get him back in to treat the absess and essentially glue the crack back together but. Today my now 14 year old son has half a tooth right in the front.

When I had my first appointment with dr. Evalt I was very scared and nervous. I had been to many a bad dentists in my life and told him there was only one I really went to. Not only did he assure me that he would be gentle. He had a gentle voice and gentle hands. I really felt safe. When it was time to get my teeth out he did everything he could to make me comfortable and make sure I didn’t feel anything. And even tho I still felt some him and his assistant did such a nice job with a calming voice to tell me how great I was doing. Now I’m in the process of getting my dentures and I couldn’t be more impressed on how they are treating me. I only have medical from the state. But they treat me as good as if I was paying for the most expensive dentures. The atmosphere is amazing. All the staff are so friendly and professional and it makes you feel like part of a family and protective of them. When I was in the waiting room today there was a Karen in there that just no matter what I said… would just go off about one thing or another. The way they handled it was so professional. But it made me really defensive of them because they were nothing but kind and courteous. I have a feeling all the bad reviews are people who don’t really give the place a chance and want to make things difficult all the time. Because I have never been so well taken care of at a dentis office

they are great. courteous and very palate , careing , freindly, and fast to see . i would recamend them to anyone

This place is a disaster. Went to this dentist 6 months ago to have work performed. Paid in full and covid hit. The dentist closed during this time. HI had severe pain after the tooth broke and tried to get in touch with office. No answering machine to leave message. Had to resort to another dentist to fix tooth due to him closing and no way to get in touch. I finally spoke with office manager who said she would refund me. Now 2 months later still trying to get money. I would not pay him any money until work is complete. I have been paying interest on this money where no service was completed and still 6 months later trying to get money back. Thank god for other dentist who took care of the tooth that was giving me severe pain as dr Levi closed and no way to contact his office. Still trying to get my refund for no service.

Rude comments, smart remarks made, him knowing was my last day of insurance or so i thought, he was extremely rough I could feel all his weight pulling my mouth open n uprooting my tooth. I'm sure he fractured my jaw! I was bleeding horribly and couldn't eat or drink anything for about a week after, I couldn't touch that side of my face or even brush my hair on that side for over a month. It was the absolutely the worst experience I ever had

Excellent experience. Friendly and fun staff. Dr Evalt took the time to talk to me about my sons special needs.

My visit was so easy and comfortable. Very busy office. Energetic and wonderful staff. A gem in a dying city lol
