Dr. Levon Agdere, MD

This morning we had a scheduled appointment in dr. Agdere office. When we came there we found that doctor is not in and our appointment is canceled. The staff was rude and started to blame us. Nobody even tried to reschedule the appointment and try to keep us as patients. We found this office very unprofessional. It looks like there is a big mess with staff who doesn’t care about patients. Too bad, they lost us as patients. We are definitely not comming back! Just spent time and money for nothing.

Booked an appointment two months in advance, nobody called to confirm. When I called them to verify my appointment time they put me on hold for 40 minutes after which told they don’t have it because they have new system; I asked to squeeze my child in since it was their fault, they didn’t even try. Very unpleasant arrogant staff, two of them are Janet and Shyvon and I didn’t remember the third name. I am sure, if we would show up on that day they would physically pushed us out, this is how friendly they sounded. And these people are supposed to help others by the nature of their work.

great doctor and stuff, but the wait is long, but i still think it is worth it because he is really a great doctor who you can trust.

His superior knowledge in the Endocrinological Arts made it clear that he was far greater than any other.
