Dr Brown's nurse needs to be investigated for practicing medicine without a license. She bypasses him whenever possible and is going to eventually get in trouble when she miss treats someone and there are fatal results. Will never go in the office again.

Dr Browne will take his time with your visit and he is great but his nurse and other front office staff are horrible. I honestly dread making a call to his office for anything because they make you feel like your not important or your problem is a good enough reason to be calling. They take forever to call you back. I never get to talk directly to Dr Browne when I leave a message to just talk with him his nurse calls back and is rude. We are going to be switching doctors soon just because of his staff not him. His nurse is his wife, one of his daughters works the front office, and sometimes his other daughter who is a nurse works there. So I guess thats why they get to act like they do because they are family idk. Its all sad really because I like seeing him.

He seems to be a very knowledgeable doctor and is a very nice guy. If bedside is your primary concern, then he's your guy. His nurse is another thing. His nurse is apparently a med school drop-out that likes to pretend she's a doctor. If she were the doctor, I'd think it's a joke and wouldn't give this place a second look. I probably won't return for a second trip because of his nurse.

Dr.Browne has been our family Dr for many years. His staff, and wife, are FANTASTIC people and make you feel at ease with his professionalism and 'bedside' manner.
