He's rude and been in the business too long. None caring, no compassion. Do yourself a favor and please go to someone else. Very robotic and the worse Dr. I've experienced in 30 yrs.

I had a very pleasant return experience. The front desk check-in person was very friendly and professional and we both laughed and joked during this time. My time in the waiting room was minimal. I was called back by Dr. Mitchell's nurse, who was friendly and professional in her duties. My one-on-one visits with Dr. Mitchell have always been very friendly, caring, professional and informative as to my health/medical welfare. After my wellness visit, I was sent to the lab waiting room. I was the only person waiting for several minutes before several other patients showed up. Somehow two other patients were called into the lab for blood work ahead of me. Check-out was quick, easy and pleasant.

Last minute emergency visit, but first class treatment.I had the last appointment of the day on Friday when everyone is looking forward to completing their week, but my appointment was handled with the utmost care and patience from check in to check out. Dr. Mitchell and Eagle Family practice are #1.

It was a routine 6-month check early this month. As usual, both Dr. Mitchell and Luanne were quite cordial. Dr. Mitchell is very efficient and competent in asking questions and giving information, but I don't feel like he's someone I can especially confide in, partly because his schedule seems pretty packed. The real lifeline in this practice for me is the Patient Portal. I can often ask questions of Luanne over this, and she is excellent in checking with Dr. Mitchell and giving me the quick answer I need. It saves a ton of hassle. She is also very easy to communicate with during the visit. On the whole, I'm quite satisfied.

Thank you for Welcome me when I arrive. Thank you for making me feel calm and safe as the nurse calls my name for my dr. visit. Thank you for listening to my concerns and guiding me to improving my health. I am very happy with every area -- visit to Dr. Mitchell office and his team.

I ve been going to dr Mitchell since he started practice. He always listens and is quick to send me to other doctors if it is needed. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

Great. The physician and the nurse services has always been great. They are always available to answer questions.

It was a regular checkup. The Doc as usual, went over my medical history. Asked if any changes to my diet or exercise routine had occurred since my last visit. He performed my exam, took some blood, followed up with a report and scheduled my next. Appointment.

It was a very good experience as always. I was checked in very quickly. I was called back very quickly. The nurse was very nice and good to take my vitals and review my Rx I was taking. Dr. Mitchell saw me within my time frame of my appointment. I was the first appointment of the day. He was very good to go over my last lab test and ask if I had any new concerns. Then sent me to the lab to have lab work done. The Tech there was very good and nice also. Very good experience!
