Dr. Lewit Andray Worrell, MD

This doctor is arrogant, cold, heartless, and utterly devoid of compassion and empathy. The way this "medical professional" treated me was downright disturbing. He talked to me like I was absolute garbage. He did not examine me at all. He made it clear from the second he entered the room he had zero interest in treating me or helping me. He literally just smugly asked how he could help me. I prefaced my answer by telling him I have anxiety and I don't do well with doctor appointments. He had this judgmental look on his face. So I clarified in saying I didn't want him to think I was being rude. In my experience this is usually appreciated. He just looked disgusted. I briefly told him my issues over the past 10-15 years and tried to remain calm. He was immediately dismissive, and ignored my requests that he shut the door for me to continue explaining because I said I felt uncomfortable. Then he said I had been "inappropriate" (umm, WHAT THE F***?!) and he was going to "let me… go" to find someone else to help me. I was horrified; at a complete loss. I got up and told him he was a real f****** piece of work, and I stormed out. I was literally shaking from the shock of how callously I had just been treated with absolutely no reason whatsoever. I came back in and demanded my record and I left. It's unspeakable for a doctor to treat a patient this way - a vulnerable patient seeking medical help. The blatant disrespect from this man is beyond words. Nothing I can say here can illustrate how traumatic this experience was. Please avoid this place as if your life depended on it - nobody on this earth deserves to be treated this way. Note that the intake process for a new patient took almost an hour. And they wanted a photo of me, which I thought was really strange, and when I asked why they couldn't give me a reason, so I declined to have my picture taken. I've read the responses some have received from this clinic as well - never taking any responsibility - explaining and justifying all their mistakes and overcharging people and refusing to refund money for months. I want to make it clear that the business owner does NOT have my permission to contact me in any way regarding this experience (including a reply to my review). I do not want to be traumatized further. I want nothing to do with this clinic ever again in the future. There is nothing they could ever say to make what happened to me okay.

Dr. Worrell is one of the best ear,nose and throat doctors in San Dimas. He has excellent bedside manner. I was very fortunate to find a doctor of his caliber. Staff is great too!

Staff friendly. I was able to get a same day appointment. His Office is very impressive and clean. It was fully computerized and the chairs unusally comfortable. He diagnosed my problems and treated me with care and concern. He performed my surgery flawlessly and did something that no other doctor has done for me before. He called me over the weekend to check on me. Wow. I was blown away. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.
