Dr. Lex Aaron Nerenberg, MD

I have been seeing Dr Nerenberg for 10 years. He always gives me full information, along with his opinions- but ultimately let’s me make the final decision. I trust him to act in my best interest

My experience with Dr. Nerenburg was a very negative. I found him to be demeaning, curt, arrogant and impatient with me. He asked me what I thought I had, stating that 98% of his patients already knew what their ailment is. I told him I thought I may be diabetic, I also shared with him that I had heart palpitations on a regular basis and expressed that to him. He did not order a fasting blood glucose test for me, he did order a glucose test that revealed unremarkable. I felt HORRIBLE ... I knew something wasn't right. I went to another Dr. in my neighborhood and they ordered a fasting glucose ... I AM DIABETIC and have been for awhile! Regarding the heart palpitations, with my blood pressure reading high, he said nothing, he did do a quick resting heart reading, however, it was his nurse who asked me if I was taking Ibuprofen and I was, which I used quite a bit for back pain. She told me to stop ingesting Ibuprofen. When I went to the other Dr. in my neighborhood within a couple of… weeks, my blood pressure was normal. Then his office build me an additional $645.00 up and above my insurance!!! I am Extremely Disgruntled! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND DR. LEX NERENBURG TO ANYONE!!!
