My Primary Physician sent a referral 4 weeks ago and I have called their office 4 times and left very detailed messages, I cannot get anyone to call me back, Kim the Referral Coordinator doesn't answer her phone and does not return calls.

Very pleasant experience overall. Staff is good, wait time is short. Dr. El-Choufi is very good at explaining your condition and treatment. She is willing to answer all of your questions and will make suggestions as well. Highly recommend her.
