Dr Lu is always very friendly, kind and caring. She asks a lot of questions and listens to my concerns. I admire and trust her.

Dr. Lu is very attentive to my needs and asks great questions. She also knows where to look to fix the pain or issue I'm experiencing. Her hands are magical!

Wrote a review but not sure if it submitted. Was very disappointed in the care I received from dr lu over the last 7 months. I gave treatment an adequate try. Scheduled visits every 3 months for back muscle injections . During each visit dr lu refused to increase injection doses adequately per my negative response. I had no relief. She had no valid medical explanation for not doing so. In fact her explanations were often contradictory. Her manner was very tenacious and it was also difficult communicating with her. I tried repeatedly to give her feedback and she would ask the same questions as if she didn't hear me. Our conversations would go in circles. I finally expressed frustration and she said that it was frustrating for her. This was off putting since it seemed apparent that she created the frustration. Dr lu did not show any empathy or encouragement which is expected when a patient has severe back pain and can't stand up straight. Some providers shouldn't be practicing.

My experience over the last 7 months has been upsetting and a waste of time. Have been having repeated Botox injections for severe back pain, allowing for an adequate trial of treatment. No relief at all. Have had much difficulty with Dr Lu listening to and accommodating my requests for what I feel would work for me. She doesn't answer questions with any authenticity or concern. Is borderline rude. She contradicts herself when she explains why she can't provide the care I'm requesting. Very rigid in her approach. I should have gone elsewhere. Hindsight is 20/20.

Don't know how authentic the other reviews are. They are opposite my many experiences with dr lu. They almost sound like the same person wrote most of them. Been seeing her over the past 7 mos with NO relief! Dr lu is almost rude, answers questions with another question, is vague, contradictory and insists on doing what she wants, ignoring my requests. Have never received a logical explanation for her plan of care . I've been having severe back pain for years and her behavior indicates that she has no empathy nor desire to accommodate me as her patient. She always wears a mask and gloves for her protection but doesn't offer same protection for her patients . I am a seasoned RN and appreciate good care. Unless she changes, you will not find it with her. Do NOT recommend her!

Once again Dr Lu knew exactly what to do for my situation and proceeded to fix the problem. She is extraordinary!!!
