Waiting area was clean, receptionist was polite and Dr. Li was very professional. Removed skin tag on first visit, no run around. Great Doctor.

Horrible!!!! Even during Covid they still jam patients in. The drs wife is extremely rude and dr li just rushes so he can get the money

Just all around terrible experience. Expect to wait an hour after your appointment time, really unhelpful and sometimes rude staff members (except Sandy,) and a Dr. who is more interested in just turning over clients than actually providing useful consultation. Horrible.

I waited Over hour for doctor. After I heard him chatting with pharmaceutical rep while I was still waiting in room with my gown on, I just I walked out without being seen. Patients first!!! Horrible

I’ve been seeing Dr. Li for several years and receiving light treatment for my condition. I’ve always felt that I received the proper treatment and courtesy at his office. I’ll continue to visit his office.

I went in for a scalp problem. And a sore mole on my back. He looked at the mole and saw I had several. He then nearly tore my blouse to raise it over my bra and pulled out my bra to look inside. I was so upset! I canceled my next appt. that was 2 weeks ago and I am still very upset about it.

Went to Dr Li with a facial wound that would not heal. Dr Li cut out the problem area and my face healed without a scar.

My "exam" lasted 2 minutes while I was fully clothed! Too rushed and not thorough at all. The office staff doesn't know how to fax, and I finally had to go to the office for my records for my new doctor. Run, run to Dr. Desai at St. Lukes for a complete exam with a knowledgeable office staff. I did!

I went to see Doct Andre Li 3 months ago because I have some dark spots. He spend just 2 minutes with me and he said than he doesn't why I have dark spots. So bad!

THANK GOD I found Dr. Li.. I've been suffering cystic acne for years and I found Dr. Li through my uncle which goes to him for routine skin cancer screenings. Dr li had recommended to put me on Accutane and I had to keep coming back every month and within 3 months I could already see a BIG difference in my face.. no more hiding my face anymore! :) I would highly recommend this doctor.. their staff is so nice I was able to get an appointment fast.. unlike the other dermatologist that have a ridiculous 6 month waiting list... It would be nice though if the wait wasn't that long.. but definitely worth it!
