She has shared information on other patients was confidential whom could easily be identified. She overreacts to difficult situations and becomes frightened and incapable of acting professionally. This insecurity and incompetence is to the detriment of her clients, and causes undue harm.

I have found Dr.Yuan friendly,insightful,and honest. A true professional. I have been under her care for over two years,and am pleased that I was fortunate enough to find this doctor.

Dr. Yuan is excellent in understanding her patient and providing outstanding advice.

Dr. Liang is rude and impatient. It is very difficult to refer to her a doctor as she has no compassion, empathy or sincerity to understand the social issues surrounding a patient's needs. It is unfortunate that person of her nature are actually practicing psychiatry.
