Dr. Lianne Marks, MD

Initially, I thought she was on top of her game with knowledge of the areas I was being treated for. Since, I have been even more impressed with the treatment she has given me. I agree that she will be blunt, but, she can also be very warm and even funny. I recommend her to all who ask.

Dr. Marks has always exemplified concern and professionalism for me. She answers my emails to her promptly and thoroughly. She does not hesitate to refer me a specialist when she feels it is needed - totally free of professional egotism. She has been my Primary Care Physician for 6 years, and has provided very competent treatment at all times. She has seen me through diabetes, cancer, kidney problems and numerous other medical problems with caring concern and excellent care.

My medical condition is a bit complex. But what always impresses me about her is how knowledgeable she is with the latest research and how thorough she is with my case. I recommend her to all I know.

She just didn't care to help me find the causes of my symptoms. She said they are all related to obesity and could eventually disappear if weight lost began. I never returned to her for further disappointment.

Continuously getting the runaround from staff. All of the way from the people who answer the phones and transfer you to the wrong place, to the nurses on the phone who are rude and inconsiderate and argue with you (soooo unprofessional). Waited on hold for an hour before I found out I had been referred to the wrong place. I pray that my medical care is far greater than my customer service. Better yet, I pray that I can find a better doctor ASAP.

I did not like her on my first visit but my husband loved her so I thought I'd try again. I decided maybe she liked men better than women but now we get on very well so maybe I was being oversensitive. She sends my blood test results every time I have tests done which I like. Other doctors make u go through a lot to get them.
