Outstanding results leaving no scar.

This is my second great MOHs surgery experience with Dr. Wright and her staff. First let me compliment the staff because they are caring, professional and you can tell they like their job. Dr Wright does an exceptional job because she is smart, skilled but most of all caring. No one wants to have a skin cancer and you don't have to stress over the removal, see Dr. Wright. This office runs so smoothly and they truly care about you having a positive outcome! They earned more than five stars in my opinion.

I have had several skin cancer surgeries with Dr. Wright because of my severe sun exposure growing up on the beach in Florida ! She has always greeted me with a smile and helped me relax prior to the procedure . She is very up front and honest about what to expect. Mohs surgery is sometimes a lengthy procedure depending on the size of my cancer that day , but she and her staff have always kept me comfortable and content. I have always healed with very little evidence of any thing being done on my face. She's kind and a great Mohs surgeon !

I had skin resurfacing on my nose and the nurse numbed it by stabbing my nose 4 times with the needle. When the doctor came in after the nurse did that she made a joke about it. I found out from my dermatologist later that they should not have done that to me. They should have used a topical numbing ointment for that sensitive area. The next day I had a question about cleaning the wound and the nurse again was so rude. This nurse and doctor had no compassion or care for me at all. I hope they never do that to another patient.

I was looking for a great dermatologist surgeon and I found the best!!! Dr. Wright, has excellent skills and compassion. Outstanding support staff and facility. I was completely confident and calm before, during and after my procedure. Thanks for your help and support.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Wright for 3 years. She diagnosed him with chronic basal cell carcinoma on his scalp. She performed several Mohs surgeries with great success. Since this had become chronic she was able to put him on a cancer medication called ERIVEDGE. It is very expensive, but she and the drug representative were able to get him enrolled in a service that made the payments only $25 per month instead of $1000’s per month. Then last year she found a cancer she did not like and sent it out for further studies and as she feared it was Merkel cell cancer. He is now getting immunotherapy, called AVELUMAB, at MD Anderson in Houston, and this is working miraculously! We can’t say enough good things about her! She is an awesome Doctor and person! We love her!

She removed a basil cell cancer from my chest. The scar is barely noticeable which is better than I thought it would be..

Dr. Wright is caring and compassionate. She is extremely skillful and makes every effort to make you feel at ease as she performs the surgical procedures. My procedure required very precise work as the spot she had to extract was under my eye. It required several passes with her skilled hands but there is absolutely no scar at all there today. Dr. Wright has worked on several of my friends including one of my doctors (also a surgeon). They are all very pleased with her work. I was thrilled with my results. I highly recommend her. Wonderful doctor, wonderful person.

The entire time she was cutting on my ear she yaked about everything but what I hired her for. Her work was sloppy and there were problems with healing. She wanted to do corrective surgery but I would rather live with a deformed ear than let her work on me again. I would not recommend her for anything more than scooping poop in a dog park!

I was referred to Dr. Wright by my dermatologist to undergo Mohs surgery (which I have undergone several times) on my right temple. I was prompt arriving at 8 am, the first taken to an exam room, the first to have my vitals taken, but obviously forgotten from there on out. After waiting in the exam room for over 45 minutes, I asked the staff where the doctor was and how much longer my wait would be. The answer was she was with another patient and it could be another 15 to 30 minutes and was rather rudely told that this was a surgery center and I should expect the wait. Rather odd to have an 8 am appointment only to sit on your butt for an hour! I should have been seen by the the doctor within a reasonable amount of time, but this did not happen. I think it is rude and unprofessional to overbook patients, ignore patients and be expected to sit on ones butt at the doctor's convenience. I'll go find a doctor that can honor an appointment!
