I just love Dr. Baldea. She is always friendly, informative, helpful and genuinely concerned for me and my overall wellbeing. She never makes me feel as if my visit is being rushed.

Dr. Lidia Baldea is ok, but it's her office that is a problem. My first visit was scheduled for 2:20. Someone called and said they had to reschedule it for 2:00 but to be there at about 1:45 for paperwork. I got there at 1:40 and was greeted by sour expressions and short, clipped replies. They said my appointment wasn't until 2:20 and got defensive and rude when I explained that someone left me a message. I wasn't mad so I am not sure why they were so upset. I chalked it up to miscommunication and chose to ignore it but it made me uncomfortable. Fast forward to last week. 2nd visit ever. Appointment at 8:00. I get there at 8:14 due to an accident and major traffic. Once again, not a single smiling face. In fact, the receptionist saw me enter through the window, I smiled at her, and she looked annoyed and then left me waiting at the window for almost a full 30 seconds before acknowledging me. Then I get told there is a 15 minute window (never told when scheduling) and I'll have to… reschedule. I looked at my watch and it literally turned 8:15 while I was looking at it. So, I was there in the 15 min. window but they acted like it was too late. I feel like she purposely left me standing at the window until the clock changed when I first got there so they could tell me to reschedule. I felt like crap and was sobbing in their lobby and neither of the two people in the office cared to help or offer kind words. This is a doctor's office. People come because they are already having problems and don't feel well. People who can't be kind and compassionate should not be working in the health industry. If even one of them had just been a little kinder or just said something nice it probably wouldn't have been so bad but to ignore a sick, crying person in your waiting room and refusing to look at her until she tells you what day she wants to reschedule is extremely rude and uncaring and adds humiliation and stress to a person who is already in a vulnerable state. It's extremely disheartening to have people in an industry you should be able to trust to care for you treat you in such an uncaring manner.

Will not go back.

Seeing this doctor was a total waste of time and money. The questions asked were not probing or solution based. She did not appear to care about the patient, what so ever. She asked questions, seemed to be entering the answers on a laptop. That was the extent of the consult. No advice, no remedy, no solution. If the symptons were not happening at that particular moment, there was really nothing to solve or provide an answer. TERRIBLE. we would have been better off at an urgent care
