Did not return my numerous calls for appointment. Did not respond to pharmacy request to renew meds for patient in her 90’s!

Professional and caring are two words that describe this doctor. My mother has dementia from traumatic brain injury and life has become very difficult for me to care for her. Dr. Lidigoster has listened well with a smile on her face and a caring tone of voice. She prescribed my meds at higher doses than the prior doctor at Montefiore Hospital. Now, at least my mother sleeps better at night and so can I. I’ve had no issues reaching out to this doctor, I highly recommend her

WORST DOCTOR EVER! 1) Over 30 minutes late for video appt 2) In middle of session left for 15 minutes to make a phone call 3)During sessions: distracted, never listened or paid attention, Did not deny these things when I called her on them 4)She lives behind a wall that nothing penetrates; not the truth rooted in reality, not common sense, no commitment to good medicinal practices. Completely impervious to suffering 5) Example: She knew for years before seeing her I was on high doses of 2 medications for major depression, which helped me. The first session she abruptly discontinued both. She did not taper the doses down over time, did not replace them with something else. One day I was taking them and the next day I wasn’t. Overnight this caused me to plummet down into the depths of depression and despair. The spiral downwards was so steep, abrupt, & complete, I became completely nonfunctional. The suffering & agony were so intense I didn’t think I'd survive. She just didn't care.

Dr Lidia is one of the worst doctors in the world. My first visit I desperately needed to see someone. And I was looking forward to the appointment to get help. I waited in the waiting room for 1hr and 35 mins. I sat down so happy that she was a female and would be able to identify even more with how I felt. Unfortunately She began tell me intimate things about her religious family. I was totally uncomfortable, She spoke for 40 mins about herself. I listened and knew everything about her. The irony is that she didn’t know anything about me. She didn’t ask me any questions about myself. She looked up my medication history and prescribed the same medication. I truly was there to get help. I went back a second time because I thought that I would give her another try, maybe she was going through something devastating when I saw her before. In the waiting room again close to an hour. Someone in the waiting room said oh we come because she gives us whatever medicine we ask for. … Well, I didn’t come to see her for that. I’m not addicted to medicine, I truly needed help. It feels terrible to know that she doesn’t value the time and mental health of her patients.

Dangerously unreliable, incompetent, insensitive, always late, and I question her credentials.Do not even think of going to her.

Dr. Lidagoster takes money from vulnerable people and treats them with contempt. She is also frustrated and bitter about her appearance and projects it onto her female patients. Hillary Clinton could play here in the movie.

Dr. Lidia Lidagoster is unprofessional, unreliable, insensitive and rude. Phone calls aren't returned in a timely fashion, if at all. It's as if nobody is there. She talks about herself and eats during appointments. It's outrageous! You often get the impression she'd rather be somewhere else. I recommend seeing another doctor somewhere else.

Her wait averages 1.5 to 2 hours. Currently in the waiting room and approaching an hour. Every time I forget just how bad it is. Never again.

I had written a negative comment about this doctor vut when I had a crisis. She was there for me and was so kind and inspiring, that I now love her. Anna
