Do you want to see this doctor? Forget about this! Next appointment is in January 2025!!! This is ridicules practice! People are spending hundreds of dollars for their insurances with no possibilities to see the doctor! Oh! Sorry... you can come in a year...shame on you!

I am totally impressed and touched by Dr. Kuprienko's knowledge, attention, care and time she dedicated to me as a patient. She pin pointed the cause of symptoms I was experiencing. I am very happy to have found such a wonderful Doctor.

Advocate is a great group. Dr. K is neither compassionate nor reliable in knowing patient history.

Dr. Kuprienko by far is one of the most helpful doctors I've ever met. She is very down to earth, easy to talk to, ready to help type of a person. I like that the patient education is always part of my visit with Dr Kuprienko. She is calm and attentive to every single concern. At the end of the visit, the summary of the problem list and their resolution is always cleared up, so you feel like you just had an honest clear talk with your knowledgeable good friend who listens and solves your health concerns.

Staff is fantastic but the doctor is absolutely terrible! I paid for an exam that was supposed to include a physical and other tests to help diagnose and treat my illness. What I got while sitting there in a gown on a table was a 20 minute long lecture on how I need to get my employer to give me health insurance and what medications I can afford when it comes to treatment that she can't treat me for because she felt the tests needed would be too costly for me, so she didn't actually do anything to really help me, she just made me feel like a worthless person. She never once physically examined me, just asked questions about the costs and how I would be able to pay, she was more fixated on the fact that I didn't have insurance more than anything else. After the third office visit in a period of one month and still experiencing the same time consuming lectures on my lack of health insurance and being made to feel like less of a person for not having any and no actual tests, treatment,… etc. being done I looked elsewhere for a doctor that better suited my needs and actually cared about my health more than my ability to pay my medical bills.

My dear mother was scared to hear Dr. Lydia Kupriyenko tell her that she has a lab indicating high postassium levels and directing her to report immediately to the ER. My mother had just returned home after having many vials of blood drawn from her frail body. She was exhausted and went to bed to rest. A couple a days later, my dear mother returned to Aurora hospital where she was told that her labs indicated her potassium levels were at 6 and the "normals" are 5.4. In other words, Dr. Lydia K. was using SCARE tactics. Then she resorted to DISRESPECTFUL and CONDESCENDING because she was found out to be INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST or BOTH ?

I am very pleased with Dr. Kupriyenko's care of our family. She is very personable. She is detail oriented and not too proud to admit that she needs to do a little more homework to give you an accurate answer about something. She is always willing to order additional testing or send you to a specialist if needed. She sees you as a person who needs care, not just another number. We recommend her very highly to everyone.

I really like this Doctor. She is very caring and also very thorough. My 1st visit went great and she made sure to get me a follow up appointment before I left her office. I needed a new Physician right away and she saw me within 3 days of calling her office. I highly reccomend this Doctor.
